My friend, Maria, has a new book out. Her App, A Match, and the Billionaire. It’s part of the Billionaire Bachelor Cove stand-alone series, all set in the Seattle area. I’m not a big fan of the billionaire themed books (I feel they’re way overdone), but this one captured my attention (and my heart) and I couldn’t put it down. The Billionaire status seemed more believable to me because the character was part of a TV series (so it was almost more celebrity status than filthy rich guy). It worked, and I ended up liking the story a lot. Here’s the blurb.
She is looking for an investor, not a connection.
He is looking to invest his money, not his heart.
It is a truth universally accepted that anyone who’s single must be looking for their perfect match, right? Continue reading
I read this newest one by Amy Harmon, What the Wind Knows, last month, and have been dying to blog about it for any who haven’t read about it yet. Here’s the blurb:

I’ve read several awesome books last month, and can’t wait to tell you all about them. Today, we’ll start with Falling for You by Becky Wade. It’s a Christian romance, and sometimes those aren’t my favorite, but this author did the genre justice. The characters were phenomenal and I gobbled this book up in almost one setting. Yummy!!!
Famously beautiful model Willow Bradford is taking a temporary break from her hectic schedule to work as the innkeeper at her family’s small-town bed-and-breakfast. She was enjoying the peace of her hometown, Merryweather, Washington, right up until she came face-to-face with Corbin Stewart, the man she loves to hate. A thoughtful rule-follower by nature, Willow threw caution to the wind four years ago when she entrusted her heart to Corbin–and suffered the consequences when it all fell apart. Continue reading

I love when a book grabs hold of my heart real tight…and doesn’t let go. A Guarded heart by Heidi Kimball did that for me. Here’s the teaser:
