Hello my favorite blog readers. I’ve made Pinterest boards for a couple of my new books coming out later this year. I love this part of the writing process…pinning pictures of who I think fits my characters and different settings to help me write true and not change hair color of something trivial like that. Those kind of small mistakes can bug readers big time. Here are the links so you can check out visual ideas for the characters and settings in Game Changer and Package Deal. Continue reading
I have another great book to tell you about today. This one takes place in the 1920’s in a castle-like mansion in Virginia. It’s a mystery-suspense romance, and had me riveted to its pages all the way through. I love when a book does that to me–hijacks my life and ropes me to my chair by force. I have a yummy treat for readers this week. This new book by Kelly Oram is a YA romance with some paranormal elements to it (basically a ghost trying to make amends for his life so that his two best friends can move on and live life fully). Here’s the synopsis:
How do you tell someone who hates you and blames you for the death of his best friend that you miss him?
From the bestselling teen and young adult author of Cinder & Ella comes a new heart-wrenching romance sure to bring all the feels.
The tragic death of Spencer Schott unravels the lives of the two people he loved most—his girlfriend, Bailey, and his best friend, Wes. Secrets and guilt from that fateful night keep both Bailey and Wes from overcoming Spencer’s loss and moving on with their lives.
