Synopsis:

My Review
This suspense novel is a page-turner. Lieutenant Commander Cooper Lane was shot down over Afghanistan in a helo-mission to capture a Taliban terrorist and assumed dead for four years before she was rescued by two Navy SEALs. This book literally chained me to my couch and didn’t let me go until I finished. Seriously—talk about a hostage situation. This book was merciless with its non-stop action, tough, but likable characters, and surprising twists and turns. Absolutely loved it and highly recommend it. I rated it a 5 on both Amazon and Goodreads, because it’s Delicious—mouth-watering action and heart thumping adventure at its finest–and a 4 on my ultra picky Sweet Scale.

Joy in the Moments 
I have to admit the synopsis held me hostage! Part of the premise reminds me of one of my favorite old movies: My Favorite Wife. I’ve always been taken by the plot line. Great review, Char!

The action never seemed to stop. I felt bad for the poor hero and heroine.
I think heroes and heroines thrive on that though – and what better way to keep the pages turning.
