is for R & R & R & R & R.
As I tried to come up with a post for today, every single word I came up with related to Rest and Relaxation. So I just went with the vibe.
Rest (it does a body good)
Recuperate (Dog style)
Relax (and shoot the breeze, or just stare at a fire)
Rejuvenate (Ahhhhh!)
Recover (and hopefully get a tan at the same time)
I think that just about covers it. Hope you have a 5R weekend.
Ahhhh, yes! I’d like to Rest, Rejuvenate and Recover at the places in your pictures 🙂 But this morning, I’ll be Reading! Been a busy week and I’ve got so many emails and blogs to catch up on so my R for today is Reading. Have a great weekend!
Reading fits in with the other R words. It is so relaxing. I’ve just spent 8 hours in the car the last day and have almost finished a book–it was awesome. So enjoy your reading rest recovery.
I’m so relaxed now, I can barely write this comment… 🙂
Yeah, I relaxed to write it too. Ahhhh!
Nice
Dog gone it, Char! You and those Idaho pictures. They always look so wonderful!
Yeah! I never tire of these places. We go to most of them every year or at least every other year. They make me happy (unless the mosquitoes are bad, which they haven’t been for several years now).
Love those photos. I could use a little relaxation right now 🙂
Hope you get at least a little this weekend.
Rejoice!

Yes! That’s another good R word. Letting ourselves have time to relax and rest our spirits from the troubles of the world helps us rejoice.
Ahh, great uses of ‘R.’ I’ve been so wiped out by my lung infection that pure Rest seems tempting enough on its own. And it’s a nice day out, too.

I hope your lung infection is on the mend. You definitely need lots of REST. Enjoy your day.
I rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrreally love the pictures, they’re grrrrrrrrrrreat! And other rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr (for luck!).
I wish I could roll my R’s as I read your comment. But I can’t, so it doesn’t sound near as good as if I could.
I feel a midafternoon nap coming on…. 😉
Embrace it.
Lovely pictures to illustrate R&R! We’ve had an R&R morning here, just staying home and playing. We’re all enjoying the slow pace, compared to the rush of the weekdays.
Glad for you restful day! Those are so nice when they come along.
I think I’ll rest, relax and rejuvenate for the rest of the day and then recover somehow for S.
Yeah, I’m trying to recover from all these days of thinking up posts. 8 more days. I can do it. I think I can…I think I can.
Ahhhhhhhh….. Perfect post to read before nodding off….
Ginger is just too cute. Her tummy is just begging to be Rubbed.
Eight more days, Char! You can do eet!!!
I know, she is so funny how she loves to roll around in the grass (her favorite time of course is if I’ve just washed her–a little frustrating too). And yes! 8 days. I’m low enough to be counting easily. Yippee!
Certainly could DO more of this!!! Was Reposing and now Reclining on this Sunday morning – ha! Have a Great One:)
It relaxed me just reading your post honey! 🙂
xx
Me too. I need to do these kind more often.
